Asking a local is completely free. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions.

Your question stays open for 7 days. If no local has answered by then, you can simply ask again - it's free!

Most locals respond within a few hours. Once a local claims your question, they have 30 minutes to respond. You can also send a follow-up message after receiving your answer.

Experiences are bookable activities hosted by locals - walking tours, food tours, cooking classes, photography sessions, and more. Each local sets their own price. Browse available experiences at your destination and book directly through the platform.

Yes, cancellation policies vary by Experience. 'Flexible' offers full refund up to 24 hours before, 'Moderate' offers 50% up to 48 hours before, and 'Strict' requires 7 days notice. If the local cancels, you always get a full refund.

Locals receive 100% of their listed price. A service fee is added on top for travellers to cover platform costs. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and transferred directly to your connected bank account.
